All sales are final. Due to the exclusive and consigned nature of our items, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
Once an order has been shipped, Encore Exchange Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, or delivery issues occurring after the package has left our facility. Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
Yes. Every piece sold through Encore Exchange Co. is sourced directly from verified artists, stylists, or production teams and undergoes our internal authenticity check before being listed.
Encore Exchange Co. securely processes payments through Shopify. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–6 business days for U.S. orders. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order leaves our studio.
At this time, Encore Exchange Co. ships within the United States only. International shipping requests may be reviewed individually by emailing admin@encoreexchange.co before placing an order.
