Shipping
All Encore Exchange Co. pieces ship directly from our studio within 2–4 business days of purchase. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Every item is carefully authenticated, inspected, and packaged in sustainable materials before shipment.
Please note that Encore Exchange Co. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural occurrences, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Times
• Domestic U.S. orders: 3–6 business days after dispatch
• International orders: At this time, Encore Exchange Co. ships within the United States only. International shipping requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by emailing admin@encoreexchange.co
Returns
Because every item is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If your item arrives damaged or does not match the product description, please contact admin@encoreexchange.co within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review each case individually and help find a resolution.
