5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Domestic delivery typically takes 3–6 business days. Encore Exchange Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or natural occurrences.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description. Issues must be reported to support@encoreexchange.co within 48 hours of delivery.
